Anti-SPAM Policy

AdSwappers has a zero-tolerance policy for SPAM! SPAM encompasses but is not limited to unsolicited commercial e-mail and USENET or discussion board postings that are not relevant to the topic being discussed. Users that use SPAM in order to obtain AdSwappers referrals will immediately have their accounts either suspended or deleted, depending on the severity of the complaint. The spammer will lose all credits that he has accumulated up until that point, and his referrer will lose all referral credits generated by the spammer and the spammer's referrals. In addition, information about the spammer may be submitted to the authorities should the victim sue for compensation.

If you would like to file a complaint about SPAM that you have received, please Contact Us and be sure to include the full message, including the header file, that you are reporting. In addition, place the spammer's ID (the string after "refid=") in the subject field. You will be notified what happens in response to your complaint.
