Terms of Use:

You must not deter the normal operation of AdSwappers in any way. In order to use AdSwappers, you must not make any attempt to use our services in any way other than they were intended. Attempts to defraud AdSwappers or its members will result in immediate cancellation of your account and will cause you to be retroactively charged the maximum current price for any credits that you illicitly obtained. Any webmaster found violating this provision will have his account immediately deleted and be subject to the same punishment as a spammer: complete removal and permanent banning from our system. There will be no exceptions! Examples of fraudulent activity include but are not limited to: the use of automated programs to simulate user interaction or activity, the use of software that blocks the appearance of ads, alteration of code to be included in your site for the purpose of defrauding AdSwappers, the abuse of AdSwappers to obtain more credits than you are legitimately entitled, performing automated searches or searches for gibberish to obtain SearchSwappers credits, and using SearchSwappers to perform searches that you are not actually interested in.

Your site must not contain adult material or any material that cannot be legally viewed or used by minors in the United States. In addition, the site must be written in English and load no more than one pop up window (like those served by free hosting services). Note: If your website is not in English, you should still sign up for AdSwappers and begin referring people/earning credits. We plan to add multilingual targetting to AdSwappers within the next 2-3 weeks, and you will be able to promote your website as soon as we offer support for your language. The language requirement really is for your protection. Until we can promise to send you visitors who understand your pages, we will not waste your time. The faster you refer people who speak your language, the sooner we will have the required number of people and the sooner we will support your language.

SPAM:

Spamming in order to obtain AdSwappers referrals is expressly prohibited and will be punished as per our Anti-SPAM policy.

Limitation of Warranty:

AdSwappers offers no guarantee as to the availability of its service. We reserve the right to take the system down for upgrades, maintenance, or any other reason that we believe justifies it. We are not responsible for any incidental damage suffered to your system as a result of your use of the service or any consequential damages suffered as a result of the influx of traffic to your website, nor are we responsible for any problems with our own machines that impacts the functioning of this service. Credits have no cash value and may be reapportioned at any time at the sole discretion of AdSwappers management. If a program is cancelled, outstanding credits will either be zeroed or converted into credits for other services at the discretion of AdSwappers.

Credit Accumulation

Representation of credit accumulation on this site is approximate. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your account statistics nor are we responsible if system outages prevent you from accumulating or using your credits. We reserve the right to change the rates at which personal and referral credits accrue for any program at any time for any reason. You will be notified by e-mail at least 5 days in advance if we are changing referral or personal rates for a program that continues to exist despite the rate drop. Credits earned before a rate change will be unaffected by the change.

We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time. Members will be notified by e-mail of any changes, and continued use of the site after the notification is sent will indicate acceptance of the new terms.
